Pearl onions
Carrots
Fresh mushrooms
Celery
Potatoes
Five diced garlic cloves
Soy sauce
Beef broth
Thyme and fresh rosemary.
INSTRUCTIONS

I sautéd the beef in the pressure cooker with a little flour and seasoned salt in olive oil.
Then after it browned I used pink moscato (I didn’t have any red wine) to get the browning off the
bottom. right after you start adding all ingredients mentioned above
