° 6 medium Russet style potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes ° 2/3 cup mayonnaise
° 1 package of ranch seasoning
° 1/2 cup cream cheese
° 3/4 cup of finely chopped onion Salt and pepper to taste
° 1 and a half cups grated cheddar cheese
° 6 slices of bacon, cooked and cut into small pieces
° Fresh rosemary for garnish

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Grease a 913 dish well. In a large pot, add the potatoes and 2 teaspoons of salt. Covering with water & stew for 11 min . Drain and set aside. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch spices and cream cheese. Add the potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and a cup of cheddar cheese. Add half the bacon and mix. Pour into the dish. Covering with elude and cook for 26 min . Take to oven, spread with rest cheese and bacon. Cook for another 10 minutes, uncovered (without foil). Garnish with fresh rosemary.
