BEST STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE


 


The Easiest Fresh Strawberry Pie has soft and juicy strawberries, a flakey and made-from-scratch crust that is soaked in a fluffy glaze. Top it to provide an overall satisfactory dessert with a dollop of whipped cream! 


It's a strawberry season, and you know that I have to make a recipe that includes all the things. I needed something sweet but soothing as well. Each bite is packed with strawberries and a thin, flakey crust which, when combined all together, melts in your mouth. 


My passion is strawberries! I just enjoy the sensation of digging my teeth into a delicious strawberry and letting the juice run all over. It's the only sticky mess that I want, haha. This perfect, simple pie is a summertime essential! 


This Strawberry Pie is completely irresistible. Just a tip, it's not going to last long!



• THE CRUST INGREDIENTS: 


– ½ small spoon.Of soft butter. 


– 3 large spoons.Of granulated white sugar. 


– 1 Cup.Of cake flour. 


• FOR THE Filling, YOU'LL NEED: 


– 6 large spoons.Of cornstarch.


– 2 Pounds.Of fresh strawberries, you need to clean them. 


– 2 large spoons.Of water.


– 2 large spoons.Of sugar.


– Strawberry jelly, I used the small pack. 


DIRECTIONS: 

 

• TO PREPARE A SIMPLE CRUST IN 10 MINUTES, USE MY EASY RECIPE FOR A QUICK AND DELICIOUS CRUST: 

    

All you need to do is: 

1– Combine butter, sugar, and flour together in a large mixing bowl.  


2– When the ingredients are well-mixed press the mixture onto a greased large pie dish. 


3– Finally, bake the crust in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. 


• FOR THE FILLING, I PREFER TO USE FRESH FRUITS, IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEM, YOU CAN USE FROZEN STRAWBERRIES, BUT YOU NEED TO LET THEM THAW COMPLETELY BEFORE USING!


1– In a medium saucepan, Be sure to bring the water with 2 large spoons of granulated sugar and 6 spoonfuls Of cornstarch to a boil, stirring, until glossy and clear. 


2– Remove the saucepan from the fire, then add in the pack of strawberry jelly. 


3– After that, mix using a spoon, when all ingredients are well incorporated, let the mixture cool. 


4– To the cooled mixture, you need to stir in the fresh strawberries.


5– Once the filling is ready to use, spread the filling over the crust. 


6– The pie should be stored in the refrigerator to set and then serve with whipped cream.
