Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS : 



- Garlic: 1 large spoon (finely minced)


- Olive oil: 2 large spoons


- Baking potatoes: 2 large russet (about 12 ounces each or 1½ pounds total)


- Salt and pepper, to taste 


- Parmesan cheese: 2 large spoons


- Garlic: ½ teaspoon (powder or to taste as desired)




STEPS TO MAKE IT : 



1. Before you begin, make sure the temperature of your oven is 450 degrees. The next step is to line 1 baking sheet with foil and coat baking sheet with cooking spray.



2. The potatoes should be cut lengthwise in half and in half again; you need to cut each piece into ¼-½ inch thick strips. You'll want then to place on the baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and garlic. And please coat evenly with the tools god gave you (your hands). Evenly spread the potatoes over the entire pan and season with a little salt and black pepper. Alright now, bake uncovered in the center of the oven until tender crisp and golden brown, it takes around 20 to 25 minutes on each side (keep in mind that baking time will vary depending on how thick your pieces are and your oven). 



3. After 20 minues, remove from oven and sprinkle all over with Parmesan cheese and a little garlic powder. Personally, I prefer to add a little more salt and pepper at this stage. Final result is 5 servings (about 1⅓ cups each serving).
