Mom's goulash recipe


 



 

This is one of my favorite snacks as he grows older. I still love it today. I made a fate for my folks last night, because they like it better the next day ... they'll be so happy when I surprise them today.

 

Insta Pot Mom's Goulash is an old family favorite recipe. Ground beef or turkey is fried, then simmered with tomato sauce and pasta noodles, then topped with grated cheddar cheese. The perfect weekend dinner to feed a family. Make it quick in an electric pressure cooker.

 

I have an old folder that contains all of the recipes I took with me to college. I brought it together when I was 18 years old knowing I would cook for myself soon. It contains the friendly recipe, primavera pasta, zucchini linguini and many other recipes that are easy to make.  Here's how to read the recipe:

 

 

 * Ingredients:

 

° 500 grams of beef, cut into large cubes

 

° 3 onions

 

° 500 g of potatoes

 

° 2 tomatoes

 

° 2 green pepper

 

° 100 g lard

 

° 20 g sweet pepper

 

° 2 liters of water

 

° 1 horny bouquet

 

 

* Preparation:

 

Sauté chopped onions in lard with paprika. Meat fry for a few minutes, then wet with water. Cook covered food for 30 minutes.

 

Cut the potatoes into cubes, add the tomatoes to quarters and add them to the meat, along with two whole capsicum and the bunch of Qarni.

 

Stew for an hour on low heat.
