Natural ways to fight tartar buildup at home

Replace your regular toothpaste with a little baking soda and a pinch of salt to remove tartar build-up on your teeth. Positive Med also recommends making a baking soda mouthwash by mixing 1/2 cup of Baking Soda, 1 cup water, 10 drops lemon oil, 4 tsps vegetable glycerin also 1 tsp aloe vera gel. Mixing well also taking advantage time OR 2 per day .

 

++ Eat some fruit:

 

Take a few of your favorite berries (strawberries and tomatoes to be exact) and rub them on your teeth. Let juice sit on your teeth about 5 min to soften buildup. Rinsing your mouth with baking Soda also luke-warm water to get a brighter smile. Other foods that do well include peppers, berries, lemons, and oranges, according to Positive Med.
