Trying to steer clear of sugary sweets doesn't mean you have to eat cold turkey pudding. The best solution to both dilemmas ? Chocolate oat bars without baking!

 

Now, we're not going to pretend these bars are some kind of health treat, but you can feel better eating them than all those biscuits and Christmas trifles. The oats give them a delicious crunch, and the drizzle of chocolate gives them the perfect amount of sweetness. Even better? All you have to do is mix it up, put it in the fridge and enjoy it. * Ingredients   :

 

° 2 cups oats

 

° 1 cup of honey

 

° 2 tablespoons brown sugar

 

° 1 cup of dried figs and apricots

 

° 1 cup nuts

 

° 1 cup of prunes

 

° 1 cup raisins

 

° 1 cup coconut

 

* Method  :

 

1- Mix ghee with honey and oats and stir well.

 

2- Chop the figs, apricots, nuts and peaches into small pieces and add them to the honey mixture.

 

3- Add the raisins and coconut and stir well.

 

4- Bring a tray covered with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it and cook with the palm of your hands.

 

5- Sprinkle brown sugar on top and put the tray in the oven for about 21 minutes.

 

6- Cut it into plates, place it on a serving plate, and serve.
