STUFFED PEPPER SOUP IS A FULL MEAL IN A BOWL

TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU'LL NEDD THE FOLLLOWING INGREDIENTS :



• Ground sirloin: 1 pound


• Onions: 2 medium (finely diced) 


• Green bell pepper: 1 (chopped)


• Tomatoes: 1 large can, about 29oz (diced)


• White rice: 1 Cup


• Tomato sauce: 1 medium can, about 15oz


• Chicken broth: 1 medium can, about 14oz


• Dried thyme: 1 pinch


• Dried sage: 1 pinch


• Sea salt and black pepper: (depends on your taste ) 



STEPS TO MAKE IT :



STEP 1 :

First, you're going to get a large stockpot and brown in the ground meat and drain the fat and add the diced onion and chopped pepper. And please cook until the onion is transparent.



STEP 2 : 

After that, season with salt and pepper. You'll want to add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, thyme, and sage. Cover and boil until the peppers are tender, it takes around 30 to 45 minutes.



STEP 3 : 

In another saucepan, boil 2 cups of water, then add the rice. Make sure to cook it until it is tender, and add it to the soup. Finally, heat the soup and serve & ENJOY !!!

• Make sure to use any bell pepper in your pantry that you have
