Summer is in full swing and so are county fairs and carnivals. I know we all have those favorite desserts that we must have while visiting the show! Well my family favorite fair food is Funnel Cake and the taste of Funnel Cake Bites that's as good if not better than what you find at your local fair. These are comfortably made in your own kitchen and can be enjoyed all year round!

* Ingredients:

 

 

° EGG °: 1

 

° Milk: 2 c

 

° flour: 2 c

 

° The degree of melted butter: 1/3

 

° brown sugar: 2 tbsp.

 

° Vanilla: 2 tsp.

 

° baking soda: 1 teaspoon.

 

° sea salt: pinch

 

* Method:

 

To start, choose a medium bowl and mix together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.

 

 

You'll want to add sugar, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Gently fold the flour until smooth.

 

 

Once this is done, pour the mixture into a gallon ziplock bag. Also set it apart for a some min .

 

 

Then pour the oil into a skillet until it is about half an inch deep.

 

 

Raise the temperature for about two minutes, then lower it to a medium heat.

 

Always checking oil by drop a little drop of mixture to oil. Time it starts show bubbles over edges, it will set. If not, it is best to turn it back on a little before it's hot and bland.

 

 

Cutting a small pit in bottom corner of bag with pang. Well, slowly sprinkle the mixture on two rings, then cook until the bottom half is golden.

 

 

Then gently turn it over with a slotted metal spoon, and cook again until the bottom half is golden brown.

 

 

To ending, be sure to spread powdered sugar & placing it on paper towels to drain grease.
