Homemade Buttercream Frosting


 



This simple and delicious vanilla buttercream frosting is amazing, melt in your mouth, whippy, ultimate swirly cupcake worthy !! It’s perfect for frosting cakes and cupcakes, you might just want to eat it plain !!




I USE FOR THE RECIPE :



– Butter: 1 cup softened


– Powdered sugar: 3 cups


– Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon


– Heavy whipping cream: 2 Tablespoons




METHOD OF WORK :




STEP 1 :

Start by blending butter using a stand or hand mixer, until smooth and creamy.




STEP 2 :

You can then add powdered sugar 1/2, cup at a time, until fully incorporated.




STEP 3 :

You'll want to add also vanilla and mix well.




STEP 4 :

Alright now, add heavy whipping cream. And please blend well until full mixed in.




STEP 5 :

The last step is to fill pipping bag and pipe onto cake or cupcakes.
