INGREDIENTS:


10 Lasagna Noodles


1.5 Cup Homemade Alfredo Sauce(Check my recipe of Alfredo Sauce link shared in recipe steps)

1.5 Cup Mozzarella shredded

1 Cup Parmesan shredded

1.5 Cup Chicken shredded

For Garnish:Parsley,chopped

Spices:

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1/4 tsp Oregano,dried

1/4 tsp Parsley,dried

1/4 tsp Thyme,dried


1/2 tsp Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.

Spray  a 10x8 Inch baking pan with non stick baking spray or apply butter.

In a large pot bring water to boil,add the lasagna noodles and cook until al dente or as per package instructions.

Drain the noodles,pat dry them with kitchen tissue and arrange them on a flat surface lined with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl add shredded chicken,spices,1/2 cup mozzarella,1/4 cup parmesan,1/2 cup alfredo and mix well.


Spread 1/2 cup alfredo sauce in the baking dish.

Place the filling on each lasagna noodle,covering 3/4th of the noodle length,leaving 1/4 noodle bare.

Start folding the noodle till you reach the bare noodle end.

Place the folded lasagna noodles with seam side down in the baking dish.

Pour remaining alfredo sauce,cheese on top of the noodle rolls.

Add chopped parsley.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 mins.

Remove the aluminum cover and bake again for 10 mins or till sauce bubbles.


Let it cool slightly and serve.
