Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts

 Great keto/low carb side dish.


- 16 oz Brussel Sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions:

- 16 oz Brussel Sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Trim the bottom off the Brussel Sprouts then slice in half top to bottom and rinse.
- Prepare a large baking sheet. Line with parchment paper if you wish.
- Pat the Brussel Sprouts dry with a paper towel and place in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic and parmesan. Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly into one layer.
- Bake 25-30 min until golden brown.
- Enjoy
